Job description

Job Overview

Neibloom Financial is expanding our Plantation sales team.

We are hiring high-performing Medicare Sales Specialists to handle 100% inbound calls with zero cold calling or self-prospecting.​

Pay & Benefits​Base Pay: $500/week guaranteed base pay​Commission: $70 per completed deal (uncapped)​Training: 1 week of fully paid, on-site training​Leads: 100% warm inbound live transfers provided on day one​Key Responsibilities​Handle live inbound sales calls from beneficiaries looking for Medicare Advantage (MA/MAPD) and PDP plans.​

Position requires 1 week of paid training ($600) at our Pompano Location.

Run quotes, check drug formularies, and process enrollments using SunFire and carrier portals.​

Track calls and callbacks in our internal CRM while staying fully CMS compliant.​Requirements​License: Active Health/Life & Health license (2-15 or 2-40 required).​

Releases: Clean carrier releases ready to contract.​

AHIP: Current AHIP certification (or ability to obtain within 5–7 days).

​Experience: 1+ years of Medicare Advantage sales experience preferred.​

Required setup: Dual Monitor and a strong internet connection.
