• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to facilitate trust and open dialogue.
• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, tailoring interventions as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, client-centered treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of each client's treatment progress and therapeutic interventions in compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather initial client information and identify immediate mental health needs.
• Deliver weekly individual sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote client engagement and therapeutic growth.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings to refine clinical skills and obtain feedback on client management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

Our licensed clinicians primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a range of mental health challenges from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and trauma. Understanding that each client is unique, we prioritize culturally competent, individualized approaches to therapy that empower clients and promote resilience.

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Ability to satisfy internal credentialing requirements within relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or populations facing substance abuse issues.
• Demonstrable experience with both individual and group therapy modalities, assessment, and diagnosis.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic keyboarding techniques.
