As a fully remote position, this role offers maximum flexibility, allowing you to conduct sessions from home or any location of your choice. You will have access to an all-in-one counselor dashboard, enabling real-time video and text sessions, as well as secure messaging with clients. Our technological infrastructure reduces administrative burdens so you can focus on what you do best—supporting your clients.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, delivering personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate discussions with clients about their feelings and experiences, guiding them to gain insight into their mental health and interpersonal relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying and defining achievable mental health goals.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions comprehensively and formulate effective treatment plans that utilize a solution-focused approach rooted in evidence-based practices.

In this position, you will work with a carefully screened population of stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns. Our client base is diverse, and we ensure that you are matched with individuals whose needs align with your specialties and preferences. You will be providing essential support without the stress of managing more severe mental health cases, allowing for a more focused therapeutic process.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuinely sympathetic nature toward clients and their situations.
• Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to effectively utilize telehealth technology.

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling environments will find this role particularly well-suited to their skill set. Additionally, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies will enhance your effectiveness in this position.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and weekly hours worked. We offer a sign-on bonus, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and direct deposit on a weekly basis, ensuring that your compensation is consistent and timely.
