In your role as a licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' psychological and emotional health, followed by the creation of tailored treatment plans that aim to foster long-term well-being.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapted to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Set therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, continuously monitoring their progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate engaging teletherapy sessions, utilizing video conferencing tools designed for mental health care that ensure privacy and accessibility.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to the ethical and regulatory standards that underpin our practice.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, enhancing your clinical competencies and integrating new practices into your therapeutic approach.

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and related mental health concerns. Your role will be critical in helping clients develop coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve personal growth while navigating life's challenges. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to establish rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage client appointments and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities may be advantageous and will be considered favorably.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive base salary, our benefits package includes:
