Job description

Savannah, GA (Remote with Local Travel)
$25/hour | Flexible, Work-As-Needed Schedule

Are you positive, people-focused, and passionate about helping others? Do you have residential construction experience and a flexible scheduleโ€”perhaps retired or semi-retiredโ€”and want to stay engaged in meaningful, hands-on work?
If you enjoy building relationships, guiding homeowners, and making a visible impact, we invite you to join our team as a Part-Time New Home Walkthrough Agent/ Residential Warranty Walkthrough Agent.
About the Role

This work-as-needed, part-time position is ideal for experienced residential construction professionals who take pride in exceptional customer service. Youโ€™ll serve as a key point of contact for new home buyers, helping ensure a smooth, confident transition into their new homes.
As the welcoming face and voice of our company, youโ€™ll support buyers during one of lifeโ€™s most exciting milestonesโ€”moving into a new homeโ€”while helping maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to new home buyers and builders.
  • Conduct new home orientations and walkthroughs, ensuring all details are reviewed and properly documented.
  • Meet with clients on-site to explain procedures, answer questions, and document potential construction-related items.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Director of Field Operations and Strategic Accounts, providing updates on progress and performance.

Travel & Work Setting:
  • This is a remote position with field responsibilities.
  • Must reside in or near Savannah, GA.
  • Regular local travel throughout Savannah, GA and surrounding areas is required.
  • Flexibility and availability are essential.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Weโ€™re looking for motivated individuals with experience in residential construction, carpentry, installation, home inspection, renovation, firefighting, or similar fields. Successful candidates bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer service and would have the availability of 2-3 days out of the work week (Monday-Friday) to perform this job as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Residential construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience conducting walkthroughs and documenting construction-related items is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with homeowners, builders, and internal teams.
  • Proficient with iPad, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF Expert, and Adobe PDF.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during fieldwork.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record required.

Personal Attributes:
  • Professional and dependable, representing the company with integrity.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
  • Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality work.

What We Offer:
  • Part-time, flexible schedule โ€“ no set hours, no weekends, no late nights (Mondayโ€“Friday only).
  • Paid training to ensure confidence and success in the role.
  • Competitive pay: $25/hour.
  • Exposure to the residential construction industry with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.
  • A supportive team environment focused on quality, collaboration, and growth.

How Youโ€™ll Succeed:
Success in this role means delivering an outstanding customer experience. Youโ€™ll guide new home buyers through their walkthrough process with clarity, professionalism, and careโ€”helping ensure their homeownership journey starts on the right foot.
Ready to Apply?
If youโ€™re excited about helping others, staying active in residential construction, and joining a team that values professionalism, positivity, and reliabilityโ€”weโ€™d love to hear from you.
Please submit your resume to apply.
