Assignment Type: 12-Month Contract with potential extension

Pay: $40-45/hr.

Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule (Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote).

Job Description:

We are seeking a Training & Enablement Specialist to create engaging learning and communication materials that support enterprise-wide technology initiatives. This role will work closely with change management leaders and business stakeholders to develop training content that helps employees successfully adopt new systems, processes, and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate has a strong instructional design background with experience supporting technology implementations and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop presentations, videos, job aids, guides, toolkits, and other learning resources.
  • Create communication and enablement materials that support organizational and technology change initiatives.
  • Develop engaging training content focused on AI tools and digital workplace technologies.
  • Translate technical and business concepts into easy-to-understand learning materials for end users.
  • Create visually compelling dashboards, summaries, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality training solutions.
  • Support enterprise-wide rollout efforts and continuously improve learning content based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Training, Enablement, or a related field.
  • Experience creating professional learning materials such as presentations, videos, guides, and digital resources.
  • Excellent written communication and visual design skills.
  • Experience supporting technology implementations, enterprise transformation, or organizational change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an understanding of how they can enhance learning and employee adoption.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A portfolio of training or instructional design work is highly preferred.
