Mindful Centers For Addiction, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team. This remote position allows for flexible work arrangements while maintaining strong communication with team members and clients. The workday is structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a healthy work-life balance. While the role is primarily remote, employees benefit from regular online team meetings and access to cutting-edge teletherapy tools designed to enhance client engagement and treatment efficacy.

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions that are tailored to the needs of clients, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans, incorporating feedback and outcomes to optimize effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety.

The LMFT will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families grappling with addiction disorders, trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, and we value a therapist who is not only skilled in therapeutic techniques but also culturally competent and empathetic towards the unique challenges our clients face.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of Maryland.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services to diverse populations, showcasing adaptability and responsiveness to differing needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar setting, particularly with clients facing addiction and mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms to conduct remote sessions effectively.
• Experience with treatment methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
