As part of our telehealth facility, you will leverage digital tools and virtual platforms to conduct assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and monitor client progress effectively. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish rapport.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific goals and circumstances.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic treatment strategies and continuity of care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge in addiction therapy.

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid Independent LMHC license to practice in Massachusetts.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in addiction therapy are required.
• Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to connect empathetically with clients from various backgrounds.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with crisis intervention and suicide prevention techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
