• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use histories, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address addiction and co-occurring mental health issues, utilizing both individual and group therapy formats.
• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support client progress.
• Collaborate actively with the treatment team to ensure integrated care, including regular case reviews and updates to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Educate clients and their families about the recovery process, empowering them to be active participants in the treatment journey.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in compliance with organizational and legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

The clients you will work with include individuals struggling with substance abuse and associated mental health disorders. You will have the opportunity to support people from various backgrounds, each with unique challenges and stories. • A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices for treating co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills with a strong ability to motivate and inspire clients towards recovery.
