• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, providing ethical and compassionate care.

Your clients will predominantly include stable, low-acuity adults who require guidance and support in managing everyday challenges. • Must hold a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required, with the ability to practice independently without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions on your licensure record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a sympathetic nature and deep understanding of clients' needs.
• Must possess proficient computer skills and be comfortable using digital platforms for services and communication.

Experience working with adults in a counseling or therapeutic setting is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and solution-focused approaches will be beneficial. Candidates with specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other relevant methodologies are encouraged to apply.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, dependent on hours worked and experience.
