• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate personalized therapeutic plans for clients.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain precise and current clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all clients.
• Actively participate in continuous education and skill development workshops to remain abreast of advancements in mental health research and interventions.

This role primarily focuses on adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial conflicts. By fostering a safe and nurturing environment, your therapeutic approach will help empower our clients to develop coping skills and resilience in their daily lives. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to comply with legal and ethical standards concerning client care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with a diverse population of clients.
• Experience collaborating within a healthcare team setting is crucial for this role.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload. Team members have access to dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance.
