• Provide individualized clinical services via video chat, developing and implementing person-centered, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and challenges.
• Continuously assess clients' treatment needs, adjusting approaches and strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to establish and monitor individualized service plans, incorporating client feedback and adapting interventions as necessary.
• Facilitate skill-building activities aimed at enhancing coping, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
• Educate clients about readily available community resources and serve as a dedicated advocate, guiding them toward these essential services.
• Provide ongoing symptom monitoring, behavior management strategies, and create aftercare planning to ensure sustainable recovery.

The clients you will serve typically face significant challenges in maintaining community stability and independence due to mental health concerns. Within this role, you'll work with a diverse range of individuals, from those experiencing anxiety and depression to those dealing with complex emotional and behavioral issues. Your direct interventions and support will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate these challenges, build resilience, and achieve their personal recovery goals.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory, reflecting your qualifications and readiness to practice independently.
• A proven ability to deliver direct clinical services without the need for supervision.
• A clean professional background without any disciplinary actions on your license, underscoring your commitment to ethical practice.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in virtual communication platforms and maintaining client confidentiality in a digital context.

• Minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience in developing behavior and anger management plans tailored to diverse client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a sympathetic and supportive approach to client care.
• A solid understanding of family developmental issues and their impact on individual mental health.
• A strong ability to foster client engagement through innovative and interactive telehealth strategies.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
