How you'll make an impact
  • Under general supervision, performs a broad range of daily and monthly accounting functions in support of servicing client fulfillment based needs.
  • With a focus geared more toward the daily, monthly and quarterly functions in the group, key duties include:
  • Preparing monthly or quarterly journal entries and financial statements;
  • Reconciling monthly bank and investment statements;
  • Recording client invoices and payments; Performing collections tasks;
  • Preparing payables; and Researching and resolving invoicing problems with vendors.
  • Communicates with internal and external clients to obtain and/or convey information.
  • Performs more routine and established projects and analyses for a specific accounting or finance area.

About You

Required: High School diploma and 2 years' accounting experience. Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. Great organizational skills and high attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred: Bachelors degree preferred. QuickBooks experience desirable.
Behaviors: Exhibit professionalism and creativity, representing the company in both client and team situations. Cooperative attitude and ability to work both individually and in a team. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fluid work environment. Patience, resiliency and tolerant of stressful situations.
