Primary responsibilities :
Accounting:
  • all Accounts receivable and payable
  • client invoices
  • bank reconciliations
  • consultant invoices audits
  • all tax filing and notice payments
  • company and CEO expense reconciliation
  • excel proficient and data analytics a requirement.

Financing:
  • salary budget projection
  • client contract purchased hours budget audits
  • consultant budgeted hours allocation by clients
  • client contract reviews
  • sales revenue goals and budgets (and holding me accountable for this)
  • executive sales and consultant hours ans cost allocation budget reviews, monthly quarterly annually
  • excel proficient and data analytics a requirement.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 40,000 to $ 50,000.
