• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, including psychological testing when necessary, to develop accurate insights into clients' mental health conditions.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting realistic goals aligned with their values and aspirations.
• Lead engaging and effective individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention services with urgency and care, addressing acute mental health needs and facilitating referrals to emergency services when appropriate.
• Deliver teletherapy services that ensure consistent support, helping clients navigate challenges from the comfort of their homes.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Completion of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in an accepted field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients and contributing to collaborative care with colleagues.

• A clean disciplinary record with the state licensing board.
