Job Summary

Our Remote Wireless Sales Representative is a customer service and inbound sales focused role. The Remote Wireless Sales Representative is responsible for answering inbound sales calls in a friendly and urgent manner. You will work with customers to complete sales, assist with questions, and work with your team to meet your goals. In this role, you'll earn not only an hourly rate, but also an extremely competitive uncapped commission; what you earn, you get.

Job Functions

Answer Inbound Calls

Troubleshoot problems and complaints

Respond promptly to emails/messages from customers

Accurately note customer accounts

Process Orders, Forms, and Applications

Upsell Products and/or services when appropriate

Willingness to listen and deescalate situations when needed

Complete ongoing training for product and service updates as needed
