This role is remote, allowing flexibility while remaining focused on school-based mental health services. As a member of our team, you will collaborate virtually with other healthcare professionals and educators, working to address the unique needs of students experiencing mental health challenges. Our team-based approach focuses on creating a supportive and effective therapeutic environment, utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technologies to connect with clients and coordinate care.

• Directly engage with clients—students and their families—conducting assessments and providing evidence-based treatment interventions such as individual, group, and family therapy.
• Collaborate with educational staff to identify at-risk students and implement integrated care plans, ensuring that each child receives tailored support aligned with their unique circumstances.
• Facilitate prevention and intervention programs that address common disorders, offering tools for students to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues effectively.
• Conduct comprehensive screening assessments and refer clients to further resources as needed, including crisis intervention as necessary to ensure client safety.
• Maintain accurate records of dealings with clients while adhering to professional ethical guidelines and the organizational code of conduct.
• Regularly participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery.
• Take part in ongoing professional development to stay updated with best practices in clinical social work and effectively apply the latest methodologies to client care.

This position primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing symptoms related to major mental illness or severe emotional disturbances. You will cater to a population that often faces barriers to accessing quality mental health care, thus requiring a dedicated and culturally competent approach to ensure each child's needs are thoughtfully addressed. Your role will be integral in fostering resilience, enhancing coping strategies, and supporting academic success among students.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in accordance with state regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions affecting children and adolescents.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and educational personnel.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.

While not required, candidates with additional experience in school-based mental health services, crisis intervention, and working with diverse populations are highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth offerings and integrated care models will also be considered an asset. Proficiency in electronic health record systems can greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The competitive salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
