Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the psychosocial needs of children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) for clients, with a focus on collaborative goal-setting and progress monitoring.
  • Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on the client's progress and changing needs.
  • Provide consultation and support to families, offering guidance on coping strategies and resources available within the community.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to discuss outcomes and coordinate care among different professionals.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all client interactions and comply with federal and state regulations regarding confidentiality and client care.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, families, and education professionals to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this position is to support children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will work closely with students in a school setting, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
