• Engage directly with assigned clients, conducting individual assessments and therapy sessions for students experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.
• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement integrated care plans that support students’ academic and social-emotional needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct developmental screenings and guide clients through appropriate interventions or referrals.
• Actively participate in team meetings to ensure alignment on treatment goals, sharing insights and strategies that will enhance collective impact.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and deliver psychoeducation workshops to enhance the coping skills and resilience of students.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adhering to ethical practices and organizational protocols for confidentiality and reporting.
• Contribute to crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support and resources to clients in acute distress.
• Maintain a caseload that reflects a balance of assessment, therapy, and client advocacy, ensuring timely access to necessary resources.
• Completing all required administrative documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome assessments in a timely manner.
• Be available for on-call coverage outside of regular hours as needed, ensuring that clients have access to support when facing urgent situations.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is required.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience working within school systems or educational frameworks.

• Familiarity with state and federal regulations surrounding mental health and educational services.

The salary range for this position is competitive, from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
