Job description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney in our Irvine office. A minimum of 3-10 years of experience in civil defense litigation is preferred. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid work opportunities.

Candidate should have experience in the practice areas of General Liability, Products Liability, Catastrophic and Personal Injury. Excellent academic credentials with proven skills in writing, analysis and research are required.

Candidates must be licensed in California.

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance.

As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:

  • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000โ€“$165,000;
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000โ€“$215,000;
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000โ€“$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
