Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the needs of patients, followed by creating personalized treatment plans that foster recovery from addiction.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to individual circumstances to assist patients in overcoming behavioral health challenges.
• Document clinical records with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations to provide clear insights into patient progress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and addiction specialists, to coordinate holistic treatment for patients.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, creating an inclusive atmosphere that encourages their active participation in the recovery process.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and integrate new findings into therapeutic practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW-C at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with adults undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. This patient population often presents with complex mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma histories. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited academic institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW-C license within the state of Maryland, allowing you to practice clinically.

Compensation and Benefits
