Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented registered nurse who is committed to reproductive justice and trauma-informed care, and energized by the opportunity to expand access to safe, patient-centered abortion care through telemedicine.

In this role, you will provide direct clinical support to patients undergoing medication abortion. As a remote RN, you will respond to patient's medical questions and concerns, delivering timely triage, clinical assessment, and patient-specific nursing guidance. You'll ensure every patient feels heard, supported, and cared for—providing culturally responsive, evidence-based care during moments that matter most.

We are currently hiring for 1 part time RN.

  • Working hours: 10 hr shifts - 12pm-10pm ET / 9am-7pm PT
  • Working days: Friday and Sunday + one on-call shift outside of scheduled working hours
  • Compensation: $48/hr-$53/hr + on-call pay
  • Anticipated start: December 2026

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN (BSN required) preferably in telehealth
  • 1+ year experience providing abortion & reproductive healthcare
  • Active state licensure (RN) in least one of the following states: CA, CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA or compact state license.
  • Strong clinical assessment and triage skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in real time
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, empathetic guidance to patients in moments of stress or uncertainty through chat and virtual visits
  • Ability to navigate clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, organizational policies related to patient care and documentation
  • Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
  • Experience providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care
  • Commitment to reproductive justice and expanding access to abortion care
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
  • Eager to engage in constant process improvement to refine our tools and operations for improved care delivery
  • Preferably bilingual in Spanish
