• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the most effective treatment pathways for clients.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements to ensure quality of care and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and address the holistic needs of clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and foster professional development.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with tools and knowledge to improve their mental health.
• Stay informed on the latest research, techniques, and trends in mental health to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

Our mental health clinic serves a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage individuals from different backgrounds and socio-economic statuses, providing compassionate care tailored to their unique circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in solution-focused therapeutic methodologies.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, with a capacity for problem-solving, active listening, and empathy.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

• Experience providing teletherapy services or remote mental health care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation processes.
• Experience in group therapy settings and facilitation of peer-led support groups.
