• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic techniques that cater to the individual needs of the clients.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions to foster emotional and psychological healing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, effectively communicating client progress and treatment modifications during case conferences.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.
