• Conduct thorough assessments during initial consultations to determine clients' mental health status and specific needs.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• At least four years of hands-on clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy, with demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations.
