• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management plans.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards by maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools during evaluations to guide treatment decisions and enhance client outcomes.
• Engage proactively with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans, facilitating clients’ growth and rehabilitation.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the organization’s standards of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a crucial liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to optimize resources available to clients.
• Foster open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment with our mission and to enhance program visibility within the community.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to create strategic partnerships and identify potential funding opportunities.
• Pursue ongoing professional development, attending workshops, conferences, and community discussions relevant to mental health and counseling to enhance both personal skills and agency representation.
• Promote and integrate the organization’s core mission and values throughout all interactions and service delivery.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population encompassing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and the ability to connect with them empathetically and effectively is paramount for successful therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required prior to applying.
• Possession of an Independent LMHC license is mandatory to provide treatment and counseling.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Prior work with interdisciplinary teams and collaboration with community services preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies and assessment tools will be considered beneficial.
