• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering well-being and recovery.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based approaches, adapting your methods to resonate with individual client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate effective care.
• Provide comprehensive teletherapy services, ensuring clients can access care regardless of geographical or physical limitations.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards to protect client confidentiality and practice integrity.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills, keeping you abreast of new therapy techniques and industry trends.

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our practice emphasizes individualized care, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood within a safe therapeutic environment.

• A current and valid licensure in Illinois as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, demonstrating a non-judgmental attitude and cultural sensitivity.
• Excellent organizational skills, enabling the effective management of client caseloads along with the required administrative duties.

• Experience in providing telehealth services, ideally with a background in virtual therapy platforms and remote client engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of specialized therapeutic techniques relevant to trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Prior experience in collaborative care settings or similar interdisciplinary teams.
