Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity. This full-time position allows for flexible scheduling, with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts to accommodate work-life balance. As an LCSW, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized psychotherapy or counseling through video or phone sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Conducting comprehensive interviews to gather essential social, personal, environmental, and health information relevant to client care.
• Evaluating client needs, identifying treatment goals, and executing tailored therapeutic interventions to improve mental health outcomes.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that address the emotional and social needs of clients.
• Facilitating short-term crisis resolutions and providing referrals to community resources as necessary.
• Documenting all client interactions in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintaining a manageable caseload that reflects active client engagement and regular follow-ups.
• Participating in ongoing supervision and professional development to stay updated with best practices in the field.

You will primarily serve clients in a hospice care setting, addressing the emotional and psychological complexities associated with end-of-life issues. This includes providing support to individuals facing terminal illnesses, as well as their families, by helping them cope with grief, loss, and existential concerns. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating discussions about advanced care planning, family dynamics, and overall emotional health during challenging times.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A current and valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques applicable to diverse populations and settings.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• A minimum of 4 years experience in social work or a related mental health field, particularly focused on hospice and end-of-life care.
• Prior counseling experience addressing behavioral health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, grief, and family dynamics.
• Work experience in a remote or telehealth setting, utilizing digital platforms for client interactions.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $85,000 and $104,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus, enhancing your compensation package. Our benefits include:
