Get Well Counseling Center LTD is looking for a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to patients in a remote setting. Our outpatient facility specializes in treating an array of conditions, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. This full-time role is conducted entirely via telehealth, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some variability based on the clinical needs of your patients. Our remote work environment emphasizes collaboration while also ensuring that you have the tools to provide high-quality mental health care.

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to effectively evaluate patients' backgrounds and identify tailored treatment strategies.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, emphasizing resilience-building techniques.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and promote emotional well-being.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.
• Deliver timely crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, available resources, and coping strategies to enhance their understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in case consultations, team discussions, and professional development opportunities aimed at enhancing trauma-informed care practices.
• Stay abreast of current research and developments in trauma therapy to continuously improve service delivery.

In your role, you will primarily support individuals who have encountered a range of traumatic experiences. These may include adults with PTSD stemming from various sources, such as personal trauma, combat experience, or childhood adversity. Your work will focus on understanding their unique histories, creating meaningful therapeutic relationships, and employing targeted strategies that facilitate personal growth and healing.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
• Solid foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational skills and proficient use of electronic health records (EHR) systems and computer applications.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, particularly working with trauma-affected populations.
• Hands-on experience with trauma-focused therapies and interventions that enhance skill sets in individual and group therapy.
• Adeptness in remaining composed and focused under high-pressure situations, ensuring effective client support.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
