Description

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - Life & Health to join our growing remote team. This role is responsible for driving agency growth by selling Medicare products during enrollment periods and life insurance during the off-season. You'll provide personalized insurance solutions, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our mission of delivering trusted protection with empathy and integrity.

We are seeking candidates based in the Duluth, MN area who have a strong understanding of the local healthcare system as we continue to expand our market presence. This position is fully remote and includes comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a stable, year-round income opportunity.

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year (Base + Commission)

First-year commissions and bonus are expected to be around $50,000, with our top earners making $75,000 in commission and bonus last year.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans during enrollment periods, and life insurance during the off-season
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to deliver tailored insurance solutions that align with client goals
  • Leverage agency-provided leads and grow business through referrals and community engagement
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy guidance
  • Utilize quoting tools and CRM systems to deliver accurate, compliant proposals and track client activity
