Here at Optum, the largest network of medical groups in the nation, we are seeking a dedicated, patient-centric Diagnostic Radiologist to join our growing team at our Lake Success outpatient imaging center. Flexible Monday-Friday onsite and remote schedule offered.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Radiology Department covers multiple imaging sites in the tri-state region where our radiologists work cohesively to provide high quality and timely interpretations.
  • Offers state of the art imaging such as tomosynthesis mammography as well as image guided procedures including all types of breast biopsies, thyroid biopsies, fluoroscopy, joint steroid injections, and arthrograms
  • Home workstations allow flexibility, improved quality of life and better coverage for our urgent cares.
  • Part of a large multi-specialty group on one dedicated EMR with additional sharing technology, our team communicates effortlessly within the department and with referring colleagues both in and outside of the organization.
  • Utilize advanced imaging systems and dictation tools

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process.
  • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • Board Certification or board eligibility in Radiology

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $442,500 - $748,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
