• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for clients.
• Perform thorough intake assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans to address clients' unique needs and challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy to support clients effectively.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of progress notes and treatment records in line with ethical and legal standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Empower clients to build resilience and develop coping strategies through active engagement and support throughout the therapeutic process.
• Stay informed about best practices in remote therapy and continuously refine your skills through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in creating tailored interventions that reflect their unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds, fostering an inclusive atmosphere that promotes healing and growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Pennsylvania, with the capability to practice independently.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to cultural humility in all client interactions.
• Proficiency with digital tools for telehealth, as well as a willingness to learn new technologies as needed.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred to ensure a depth of understanding in therapy delivery.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused therapy.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
