We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at the Post Traumatic Mental Therapist Clinic. This remote position provides an opportunity to work in a detox center, delivering essential mental health care to clients navigating recovery from substance abuse and various mental health challenges. In this fully remote position, our LCSW will enjoy a flexible work environment, with the option to work 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individual and group psychotherapy tailored to the needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based methods and therapeutic practices.
  • Conducting thorough interviews with clients to collect relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information, establishing a holistic understanding of each client's situation.
  • Assessing, evaluating, and treating mental health issues within your scope of practice, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief, and relationship challenges.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans that address clients' social and emotional needs, coordinating appropriate therapeutic interventions and resources.
  • Facilitating crisis intervention and referrals to community resources, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support during critical moments.
  • Establishing and nurturing a therapeutic relationship characterized by mutual respect, trust, and acceptance.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes as per established protocols.
  • Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring ongoing communication with clients and adherence to designated treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
