Mastery of software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp, along with familiarity with rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona, is essential. Attention to detail, creativity, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for accurately interpreting design briefs and collaborating remotely. To prepare, applicants should familiarize themselves with industry-standard collaboration tools (like Slack, Trello, or Asana) and cloud-based 3D asset management platforms. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to seeking feedback are also crucial for ensuring that modeling work aligns with client and team expectations.
