Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will play a critical role in our young adult outpatient treatment center, which specializes in providing evidence-based and holistic treatment programs. Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic and supportive group therapy sessions that encourage clients to connect, share experiences, and foster mutual growth.
  • Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, delivering personalized support that addresses clients' thoughts, feelings, and coping mechanisms.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and techniques to track client progress, ensuring that treatment goals are met and adjusted as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid and current Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor credential.
  • At minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to uphold the ethical standards of practice and empathy towards clients.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be considered advantageous:

  • Prior experience working with young adults in an outpatient or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
