Position: Mortgage Processor
Location: Fully Remote
Work Model: Fully Remote
Compensation: 1099 contractor role; $995 per closed deal
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Overview
A growing mortgage company is hiring experienced Mortgage Processors, with active state NMLS licenses, to support continued expansion across multiple states. This is a fully remote 1099 contractor role for someone with strong processing experience, a Florida NMLS license, and the ability to manage files from documentation review through conditions and closing support.
Responsibilities
• Process residential mortgage loan files
• Review borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Complete income analysis
• Review files against mortgage guidelines
• Track and manage critical dates
• Request, review, and clear loan conditions
• Communicate with Loan Officers, borrowers, agents, title companies, and underwriters
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and LendingPad
• Manage file updates and follow-up throughout the processing cycle
• Support Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, and New Construction loan files
Qualifications
• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Florida NMLS license- candidate must have an active license at the time of application.
• Experience completing income analysis
• Strong understanding of mortgage guidelines
• Experience managing loan conditions and critical dates
• Experience communicating with Loan Officers, borrowers, agents, title companies, and underwriters
• Salesforce experience
• LendingPad experience
• Microsoft proficiency
• Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, and New Construction loans
• Broker shop or correspondent lender experience preferred
• Ability to work fully remote during Monday–Friday EST business hours
