Contract Recruiter (1099) โ€“ Remote

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly driven Contract Recruiter (1099) to join our expanding team in the Commercial services industry. As an independent contractor, the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier talent for construction roles within our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent for our construction and commercial servicesย roles.
  • Conduct thorough screenings of candidates' qualifications and skills to ensure they meet the needs of the company.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop role-specific recruiting strategies.
  • Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, from initial contact through offer negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in recruiting practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the construction and commercial services industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.
