Job description

Company Description:

Experienced Project Manager needed with extensive remodeling experience to manage remodeling projects.
Must have extensive experience in remodeling and self performing all phases of remodeling construction. Must be highly organized with strong computer skills capable of using mobile applications. Must have unquestionable knowledge of all components of residential construction including:
1 - demo / material takeoffs and ordering
2 - foundations, framing, drywall installation and finishing, and trim carpentry
3 - cornice, window and door installations, painting, and tile installation.
4 - plumbing and electrical, appliance installations, installation of hardware.
5 - must have excellent customer relationship skills, pleasant hard working attitude, be self motivated.

Applicant must be highly skilled at troubleshooting issues and capable of resolving them by self performing the work in most cases.
This is a full time position and we are looking for a long term team member to join one of Atlanta's most highly regarded remodeling companies.
Applicant must be committed to providing only the highest quality product and customer service.
Compensation is based on experience and performance, and ranges from $ 80,000 to $ 90,000 plus commission
