Job description

Step into a role where your expertise shapes the future of homes in Lafayette, IN. Coors Remodeling Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented full-time Remodeling Project Manager to join our team. With a competitive hourly pay range of $22.50 – $27.50 and a supportive, hands-on environment, you'll have the chance to make a direct impact on every project and build lasting relationships with homeowners.

This full-time position is based both in our office and onsite at project locations. You'll enjoy a consistent schedule that allows you to be fully involved!


THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience in construction or remodeling
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication skills for daily updates with homeowners and teamwork
  • Ability to coordinate and schedule multiple aspects of production
  • Willingness to work onsite and in office as required
  • Experience working directly with homeowners (preferred)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A REMODELING PROJECT MANAGER

As a Remodeling Project Manager, you will start your day by checking in on job sites, ensuring everything is on track and up to our standards. Throughout the day, you'll be communicating daily with homeowners, keeping them informed about progress and upcoming plans. When your expertise is needed, you will step in to work directly on projects, collaborating closely with allied professionals and scheduling the production of jobs. You will also connect with our billing team to ensure all aspects of each project run smoothly. You will report to our Production Manager, working closely with the entire team to deliver outstanding results.
