The Senior Project Manager is a key leadership role within the Production Department and works closely with the Director of Production to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, within targeted budget, and in alignment with the Lars Remodeling & Design client experience.This position provides leadership, training, coaching, and support to Project Managers and Production Assistants while also managing assigned projects as needed. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for helping maintain consistency in company processes, procedures, BuilderTrend documentation, trade partner coordination, schedule management, quality control, client communication, and overall project execution.The Senior Project Manager must be a strong leader, problem solver, communicator, and team builder with significant experience in residential remodeling or custom residential construction. This role requires the ability to manage complex projects, support and hold team members accountable, build strong trade partner relationships, and represent the company professionally with homeowners, employees, and trade partners.The Senior Project Manager must also be available on a scheduled basis for emergency on-call or after-hours support.
