At Harry Braswell Concierge Home Services, you'll do far more than prepare estimates or oversee construction. We're looking for someone who enjoys both consultative sales and project leadership--someone who understands how remodeling projects are built, communicates with confidence, and takes ownership from start to finish.

Harry Braswell Concierge Home Services provides high-quality residential remodeling and home improvement services throughout Northern Virginia. From kitchens, bathrooms, and basements to repairs and whole-home improvements, we've built our reputation on exceptional craftsmanship, honest communication, and delivering projects that exceed expectations.

This is a unique role that combines sales, estimating, and project management into one rewarding position. Rather than handing projects off after they're sold, you'll remain the primary point of contact throughout the entire customer journey.

Every day is different. One day you may be helping a homeowner plan their dream kitchen renovation. The next, you'll be coordinating subcontractors, solving field challenges, reviewing project budgets, or celebrating another successful completion with a satisfied customer.

• Meet with company-provided homeowner leads to understand their goals and recommend practical remodeling solutions.
• Develop accurate scopes of work, estimates, and proposals that align customer expectations with project requirements.
• Build trust through consultative sales conversations and confidently guide homeowners through project decisions without high-pressure tactics.
• Manage remodeling projects from contract through completion by coordinating subcontractors, materials, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Keep homeowners informed throughout every stage of the project with proactive, professional communication.
• Manage project documentation, change orders, and scope adjustments to protect customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• Partner with office and production teams to ensure projects remain organized, efficient, and on schedule.
• Help improve company systems and processes as we continue to grow.

During your first year, you'll become known for:

• Experience in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement is required.
• Sales, estimating, or residential project scoping experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead subcontractors, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple active projects.
• Strong understanding of scope management, budgeting, and change orders.
• Comfortable using CRM software, email, digital documentation, and project management tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Base salary of $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience.

This is a full-time, on-site position serving homeowners throughout Northern Virginia. The role requires regular office attendance, active jobsite visits, and face-to-face homeowner meetings. It is not a remote or desk-only position.
