tools & capabilities, including form design, workflow creation & scripting
Solid grasp of IT service management best practices & processes
Familiarity with scripting languages like ARERR, ARIS
Good understanding of Java for integrations
Knowledge of database concepts (SQL), querying techniques to manage data within Remedy
Knowledge of Webservices
Knowledge of Version control (Git)
