Mano Lani is looking for Systems Engineers/Planners to support the full range of PKI Implementation and Planning activities, including technical writing, policy analysis, PKI Enabling waiver review, Purebred and mobile device support, SharePoint administration, RA Workstation administration, and documentation management. Personnel in this role translate complex PKI technical requirements into actionable plans, SOPs, and implementation documentation across all Marine Corps network environments including tactical ones.

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Develop and update project plans, implementation documentation, CONOPS, COOPs, SOPs, and POA&Ms in support of Marine Corps PKI initiatives and evolving DoD PKI directivesÂ
• Perform RA Workstation administration: build, configure, and deploy DoD/NSS PKI RA and LRA workstations per technical refresh cycles; maintain full compliance with CPS/RPS requirements and archival standardsÂ
• Review USMC POR Application PKI waiver forms and submit with approval or disapproval recommendations to the Authorizing Official; track waiver status in SharePoint and RemedyÂ
• Provide Purebred implementation and planning support: enroll and manage USMC Purebred Limited Registration Agents, provide complex troubleshooting of signing and encrypting emails, and support Purebred Desktop ManagerÂ
• Perform technical writing, analysis, and editing of PKI CONOPS; develop and release Operational Directives and Advisories per Government guidanceÂ
• Attend and document outcomes from DoD PKI PMO meetings, DoD PKI Summits, and various working groups; develop Marine Corps implementation plans and comments in responseÂ
• Manage Remedy and task tracking queues: assign and monitor incident resolution, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain thorough documentation of priority and resolution detailsÂ
• Create and maintain SharePoint Task Lists, KPI web parts, document libraries, and site content; develop reports from SharePoint listsÂ
• Maintain existing PKI documentation and create new documentation including design documents, test plans, A&A packages, after-action reports, and deployment plansÂ
• Participate in LRA audits as directed; travel with a valid passport required for OCONUS audit supportÂ
Required QualificationsÂ
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearanceÂ
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related fieldÂ
• CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II baseline certificationÂ
• Experience with DoD/NSS PKI RA Workstation administrationÂ
• Experience with DoD/NSS PKI RA/LRA audit processesÂ
• Experience with or training in DISA/PKI PurebredÂ
• Demonstrated technical writing ability for DoD-audience documents including SOPs, CONOPS, and implementation plansÂ
• Experience with SharePoint administration, list and database development, and document library managementÂ

Preferred QualificationsÂ
• Experience with USMC or DoD PKI policy, RMF documentation, and A&A package preparationÂ
• Familiarity with Remedy/E-ITSM queue management and task tracking workflowsÂ
• Experience supporting DoD PKI PMO working groups or certificate policy review processesÂ

Requires the applicant to possess and maintain an active security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.

Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
