Job description

Ivybrook Academy is currently seeking a passionate preschool educator to join our team at our Bluffton campus. Our schools provide a professional environment where educators can focus on igniting their students' joy of learning. A passion for children and a comprehensive knowledge of child development is required. We encourage applicants with diverse backgrounds and life experiences to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement daily lessons for the children following a progressive approach to education
  • Observe and evaluate each child’s progress

  • Maintain communication with parents
  • Be available for parent conferences
  • Attend staff meetings, training, and school functions
  • Maintain portfolio assessments for all children in the classroom
  • Commit to continuing education

JOB REQUIREMENTS
