Job description

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers with proven skills in household goods relocation. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting customers' belongings safely and efficiently while delivering exceptional service from start to finish. This position requires excellent driving skills, knowledge of moving industry standards, and the ability to lead or work as part of a moving crew.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport household goods locally, regionally, and long-distance.
  • Safely load, secure, and unload cargo in compliance with DOT regulations and company procedures.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety.
  • Manage moving crews on-site to ensure proper packing, handling, and delivery of goods.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Complete and maintain all required paperwork, including bills of lading, logs, and delivery receipts.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable household goods relocation experience
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements.
  • Ability to lead a moving crew and manage time effectively.
  • Strong physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long days.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
