Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Local, and PRN Opportunities
Various Schedules: AM & PM Shifts
What You'll Do:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering patient-centered care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices. The RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to patients across various settings. This role offers opportunities for Travel RNs willing to work in different locations, Local RNs dedicated to serving our immediate community, and PRN RNs seeking flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications include:

- A current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- A minimum of one to two years of nursing experience in acute care or specialty care areas.
- BLS, ACLS, or other relevant certifications, as required by the clinical area.
- A willingness to work flexible shifts for PRN RN roles.

Responsibilities
  1. Patient Care:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patient conditions.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.

  • Monitor and record vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment.

  • Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.

  1. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with physicians, healthcare teams, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective care.

  • Communicate patient status and any changes to the healthcare team promptly.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning.

  1. Adaptability:

  • Quickly familiarize yourself with new healthcare settings, protocols, and equipment.

  • Adjust to different work environments, including hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities.

  • Provide nursing care in diverse patient populations and healthcare units (ICU, ER, Med-Surg, etc.).

  1. Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, infection control measures, and state/national nursing standards.

  • Participate in continuing education and training as required to maintain nursing license and certifications.

  1. Travel/PRN Specific Duties (if applicable):

  • Travel RNs: Commit to assignments at various locations, potentially nationwide, and adapt to each facility's needs and patient care protocols.

  • PRN RNs: Be available to work on an on-call, as-needed basis, covering shifts during peak demand periods, staff shortages, or emergencies.

  • Local RNs: Provide nursing care in a consistent, local facility with flexible or per diem scheduling options.

This is NOT a Virtual/Remote position. Confirm you are willing to travel, if not already a local, to Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee or Arkansas
Must have RN license in State of Assignment or Compact License
