Inspire Wellness Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team as a full-time Remote Mental Health Specialist. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada, while connecting with clients via our telehealth platform. • Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive, and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, identifying their unique needs and goals.
• Provide personalized individual and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's situation.
• Manage and complete necessary documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance forms within timely deadlines.
• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety strategies, and relapse prevention plans to ensure clients maintain stable functioning and well-being.
• Create comprehensive discharge plans that outline the continued support clients may need post-therapy.
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, regulatory standards, and Inspire Wellness' policies and procedures.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and ongoing education to enhance your skills and therapeutic approach.
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings, bringing insights that contribute to the collective knowledge and effectiveness of our team.
• Complete required licensure and mandatory training as outlined by our organization and governing bodies.

Our practice serves a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and various life transitions. We emphasize culturally competent care and are committed to understanding the unique backgrounds and needs of each client, ensuring they feel respected and valued throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field, which is essential for licensure.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Nevada (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) is required.

• Experience with telehealth services and comfort using virtual platforms for therapy delivery.
• Previous experience working with a diverse client base and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to overall therapeutic outcomes.
