WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be a HSE Manager.

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs to ensure regulatory compliance while creating a safe, sustainable, and high-performing work environment. You will partner closely with plant leadership and operations teams to proactively identify risks, drive accountability, and implement impactful safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations, including OSHA, DOT, and EPA standards. 
  • Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems to assess and mitigate health, safety, and environmental risks. 
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections, recommending corrective actions as needed. 
  • Perform and update HSE risk assessments in alignment with facility guidelines and internationally recognized standards. 
  • Identify workplace safety and environmental hazards related to processes, services, and products. 
  • Handle regulatory reporting and record-keeping for OSHA and environmental compliance. 
  • Enhance and maintain regulatory programs to ensure continuous improvement. 
  • Conduct site audits to evaluate compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Direct the facility safety team to foster a culture of safety and compliance.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree required; in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 8 + years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management.
  • Proven success developing and delivering HSE training programs.
  • Knowledge of worker compensation programs and incident investigation
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, ISO 14001 and 45001 and related safety and environmental regulations.
  • Expertise in ergonomics, machine guarding, and emergency response procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability for HSE performance within a manufacturing environment by establishing clear expectations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and holding individuals and teams responsible for meeting regulatory and company requirements.
  • Proven track record of monitoring and auditing performance, proactively addressing gaps, and ensuring timely resolution of safety concerns.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
