The Close-In Weapon System (CIWS) Program is seeking an experienced International Program Manager to lead the execution of international programs and building customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for managing international program activities across the full lifecycle, coordinating execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, business development, and customer organizations, and ensuring program commitments are met on schedule and within established cost and performance objectives. You will serve as a key interface with international customers and partners, providing clear communication, resolving complex program issues, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving cross-functional teams toward successful program outcomes. This position requires strong program leadership, international customer management, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex, multi-organizational environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage international programs, ensuring alignment with both program and company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for global projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
