Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Estate Solution Specialist to assist in the setup and execution of estate sales, senior relocation, property cleanouts, downsizing projects, home organization, and tech-savvy. This role requires a heart for seniors, have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping others during transitional times.

Qualifications: Experience with the senior population, estate sales, senior relocation, professional organizing or related fields is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to lift or move furniture or other household items as needed. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Compassionate and patient when working with seniors and families in transition. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations. Desire to grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing, staging, and pricing items for estate sales

Help coordinate and facilitate senior relocations, ensuring smooth transition

Support property cleanouts, including sorting, packing and removal of items

Provide guidance and hands-on assistance with downsizing and decluttering

Maintain a high level of professionalism and sensitivity with seniors and families

Coordinate with donation centers, and disposal services as needed

Ensure estate sale events run smoothly, assisting customers and managing transactions
