This package may cover expenses such as moving costs, temporary housing, and travel allowances. Dental practices or organizations provide these packages to attract qualified dental assistants from other regions or to fill positions in areas with staffing shortages. Relocation packages can vary widely depending on the employer and the distance of the move. If you are considering such a position, it's important to clarify what specific benefits are included in the relocation package.
